How to Register for your electronic certificate and all System functions:
Setting up your Farm and (if your certifier is participating) activating your electronic certificate is easy: simply follow the steps below.

If you would like to have this page in front of you when going through the registration and setup process, click on the "Print" button below.

If your Certifier is participating (see list of participating Certifiers below):
After clicking on the "Begin Registration Process" button at the bottom of this screen:
  1. Fill in your details on the registration form, after which you will be asked to confirm that they are correct. You are now in the System.
  2. Click on "My Account" in the menu, and then on the "Add New Farm" button. You will be asked to fill in brief details about your Farm, including your Organic licence number. These details will then be sent to the Certifier you enter.
  3. If the Certifier accepts that the information you have entered is correct, they will send a letter to you containing an Invitation Code, which will give you access to your Farm's Plot information in the System. Log in again and click on the "My Access"link in the menu. Enter the code in the box, and click on the "Process Invitation Code" button to be shown the data the Certifier has released; if it is correct, click on the "Accept Invitation" button.
  4. You will then be prompted to complete the setup process - such as specifying which Crops you grow - to make adding data easier. When that process is finished, you will able to access your electronic certificate, and begin managing your Crop records within the System.

If your Certifier is not participating:
After clicking on the "Begin Registration Process" button at the bottom of this screen:
  1. Fill in your details on the registration form, after which you will be asked to confirm that they are correct. You are now in the System.
  2. Click on "My Account" in the menu, and then on the "Add New Farm" button. You will be asked to fill in brief details about your Farm.
  3. You will then be asked to specify various options to make entering Farm data easier: selecting what Crops you grow and what Treatments (if any) you commonly use, for example.
  4. When this setup process is finished, your Farm is added to the System and you can begin to enter your records and share that data with others.
